What great service! The team at Penguin helped me with a particularly difficult problem. I'm a salesperson who's on the road all day. I used to carry lots of cumbersome price-books with me and I had to update the price-sheets immediately, otherwise my customers would not get accurate proposals.
The technician showed me how I could use my cellphone to connect to the internet on my laptop. Now I bring my laptop on the road and provide up to date price information as well as accurate proposals - right there at the customer's site.
I no longer have to go back to the office to draft proposals. My sales have increased exponentially!

After my computer crashing for the last time they installed linux - no more problems. My many pictures are all organized in f-spot and easy to find. Not being a youngster and retired they helped me to get familiar with the new software. Now, losing files or anything else is in the past for I have a back-up done automatically every night now. I am happy with Penguin's installation of Ubuntu Linux on my desktop. Now I can switch from Linux to Windows XP and vice versa on the same computer.
